Implementation & QMS Auditing

We help organisation with the implementation of QMS so that organisations can manage quality services to meet customer requirements, customer expectations and customer satisfaction.

Quality Management System emphasize the importance of managing input and output of goods and services by way of processes, procedures and policies which aim at producing quality goods and services. QMS allows tracing and tracking of process for errors, and making improvements. QMS emphasize: "do it right the first time and stop before is too late".

Purpose of QMS is to establish a good relationship between the customer and the organisation and quality is in the centre.

Mental Health (Wellness programmes) is designed to help people understand or overcome their personal problems such as stress and depression or any kind of mental illness even psychosis.

Wellness Programmes aims to prevent, relieve or eliminate work related problems as well as social problems with a view to promoting job satisfaction, productivity and general social functioning and performance in the workplace.

People involved in this programme are: families, peers, Management, Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Social workers.
