Shirs Vision Compleadev (Pty) Ltd founded in 2004, is an accredited skills development provider, based in Johannesburg. The company is under the leadership of Stephen R. Shibanda acting as managing director. Stephen has a strong passion for education, has over 25 years of experience in the industry and holds the following qualifications, B.A.Ed. (Vista University), BSc Honours in Psychology (MEDUNSA), M.A. in Clinical psychology (University of Johannesburg), Research Psychology (HSRC), HRM (HSRC), and Master of Business Leadership (MBL) UNISA.

As a managing director of the company, Stephen also acts as a Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, and consultant in the following specialised areas: Research, HRM, Leadership, Management, Project Management, (Local Economic Development (LED), Municipal Integrated Development Planning (MIDP), Labour Relations and Labour Law, Strategic Management, Assessment, recruitment, Training and Development, Motivation, entrepreneurship and Business development.

Shirs Vision Compleadev has rendered training services to multiple companies such as ABI, Absa, Group five, Telkom, The CCMA, Stocks and Stocks, Multichoice, Cold chain, various government departments nationwide and many more.
